In moments of immense pain and loss, when I faced the most difficult task – transporting my late father from England to Bulgaria, I met people who became a support for me and my family. I am not a professional writer or blogger, but I am writing this text simply because I want to share my experience and express my deep gratitude to the owner of IMSAZ EOOD. I hope this publication will be useful for other people who, unfortunately, may find themselves in a similar situation, so that they know who to turn to.
This is a story that no one would want to experience, but in life sometimes it is necessary, as it was necessary for us. Probably everyone who has lost a person close to their heart knows that the pain that accompanies the loss of a loved one is indescribable and shakes your whole world. And when you add to that the need to organize the transportation of a deceased person from abroad, the feeling of confusion and helplessness can completely paralyze you…
But God is always with us and helps us after you have sincerely, from your heart prayed to Him. The company we contacted, especially its owner, became our light in the darkness. We contacted other companies as well, of course, but the owner of IMSAZ EOOD impressed us with the fact that he is a person who does not view the situation as a business from which he can “make” a lot of money, but rather approaches your pain and needs with understanding.
The professional attitude and constant support we received from him were invaluable to us. He explained in detail what steps we should take for everything related to the procedure for transporting a deceased person, what documents would be needed and how to process them quickly. He waited for us patiently as long as necessary when we were late with some documents. We kept in constant contact and he always answered every question we had, even at late hours, with understanding, patience and invaluable advice on how to proceed.
What impressed us the most was his punctuality and reliability. He gave us his word that he would bring my father home on time and in a condition that would allow us to send him off with dignity, and he kept his promise 100%. Believe me, we were all deeply moved and surprised. At that moment, we felt both sadness for the loss and relief that we had managed to cope with this difficult task. We did not know how to express our gratitude – words seemed to be insufficient to describe how much this meant to us.
At such a difficult time, our greatest fear was that we would encounter unscrupulous people who would take advantage of our vulnerability. Unfortunately, there are many such cases, which is why our concern was enormous. But the owner of IMSAZ EOOD showed that even in difficult and painful times, there are people with huge hearts who do not think only about money, but sincerely want to help you. Thousands of thanks to this real person!!!
With this publication I want to express not only my gratitude, but also to be useful to other people who may find themselves in our situation. If you face such a case in your life, and feel helpless, know that you can trust this person. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart! He not only brought my father home, but also showed us that there are still people you can rely on in the most difficult moments and that there are still people (companies) for whom empathy for human pain is a priority, instead of money.
I also express my sincere gratitude to all close people, without whose help everything would have been much more difficult!
